Description
Ever since watching How to Train Your Dragon, I have wanted to draw Toothless (I think more-or-less everyone felt this way). So I finally did! And I love how he turned out.
So, this was sketched, lined and coloured on a 5.5" x 4" piece of card stock. He's coloured with Copic markers and pencil crayons (in a few spots to add highlights and textures). Adobe Photoshop elements was used to add the watermark and make the white shine-spots on his eyes brighter. Overall he took ~ 15-18 hours. I should really start timing these things.
Also; I drew a background! Yeay! *Pats myself on the back* I tried to make it stand-out less to make Toothless more the focus of the image. Did it work?
